Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (Within 7 Days & ≤ 10% Credits Used)

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
• 10% or less of the purchased credits have been used

In this case, the order will be refunded in full, and any remaining credits will be removed from your account.

2. Proportional Refund (Within 7 Days & > 10% Credits Used)

If:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days, and
• More than 10% of the purchased credits have been used

You are eligible for a proportional refund based on unused credits only.

The refund amount is calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = (Total Order Price ÷ Total Credits Purchased) × Unused Credits

Example:

• Order price: $29.90
• Credits purchased: 400
• Credits used: 100
• Unused credits: 300
• Refund amount: 29.90 ÷ 400 × 300 = $22.43

Consumed credits represent irreversible AI computing costs and are non-refundable.

3. No Refund (More Than 7 Days After Purchase)

If more than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase date:

• The order is not eligible for any refund, regardless of credit usage.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

• Credits that have already been used
• Bonus, gifted, or promotional credits
• Taxes, payment processing fees, or currency conversion differences

5. Refund Request & Processing

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email with the following information:

• Email subject: Refund Request
• Registered account email address
• Order number or transaction ID
• Purchase date
• Reason for the refund request

All requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refund amounts are rounded to two decimal places.
